San Francisco Summer 2026 - Luxury Living & Real Estate

“The buyers we work with don’t just want an address in San Francisco. They want the life that comes with it. This summer, that life is on full display.”

WHERE THE CITY IS SHOWING UP

Every few months, someone asks us if people are still choosing San Francisco. Still choosing the fog, the

hills, the rents, the particular beautiful chaos of it. And every time, we want to say: come here in July and

ask that question again.

This July 11, the Best of the Bay returns for its 25th anniversary at the Conservatory at One Sansome —

an evening showcasing the city’s most celebrated chefs, including Tyler Florence of Miller & Lux and

Mourad Lahlou of Aziza. Over Fourth of July weekend, the Fillmore Jazz Festival fills the historic Fillmore

District with two free days of live music. The Presidio has unveiled its summer event season at Tunnel

Tops and the Main Post. And in August, Outside Lands transforms Golden Gate Park into three days of

food, wine, and music that feel like the best version of everything this city has to offer.

WHAT THIS HAS TO DO WITH REAL ESTATE

Everything, actually. The people buying luxury homes in San Francisco in 2026 are not just buying square

footage. They are buying mornings in the Presidio, weekends at the farmers market on 24th Street,

evenings at places like Birdsong or Quince or the next restaurant that will make the list before the year is

out. They are buying membership in a city that rewards curiosity and sophistication in equal measure.

We think about this constantly when we work with sellers. A Pacific Heights home isn’t just a home — it’s

access to all of this, plus Alta Plaza, plus Sacramento Street, plus everything that makes that particular

corner of the city irreplaceable. Our job is to sell that story as much as we sell the rooms.

THE INVITATION

If you’d like to talk about what your home’s story looks like in this market — and what it could be worth to

the right buyer — we’d love to sit down with you.

Because the right address changes everything. If you’re thinking about buying or selling in San Francisco, reach out to us. We’d love to be part of your next chapter.
